[Resolved]  Sri SAI Associates — Regarding Personal loan

Sir,
I have seen a advertisement from a company called SRI SAI ASSOCIATES in our Local news paper, "the Assam Tribune" for few days fro providing loan. They advertiseted that they are giving loan for personal against educational certificate and others. They have given two number to contact for details, the numbers are [protected] & [protected]. Accordingly that I have contact over phone on this two number and Mr Ajay Kumar responded on this number and told me to Fax my document with one hand written bio data to their fax no.[protected]. After two days they called me that they have approved my loan for 5 lakhs and told me to deposit 2% (i, e 10, 000.00) as comission. I asked them when the loan will be discahrged and what are the others formalities. He told me that there is no other formalities only they will come to my place and they will resgistered a agreement in our Lower Court. The told that loan will be disbursed within three days of depositing the commission. Accoring to thier instruction of I have deposited Rs. 10, 000.00 on 04/06/09 to the account no[protected], ICICI bank in the name of Mr. Ajay Kumar. After three days there was no response from them. When I contact them they told me to deposit again a sum of Rs. 6050.00 as a down payment and according to that i have deposit the money on 10/06/2009 to the same account. After that when I treid to caontact them they didn't recieve my phone. I tried to contact them any how but they didnot respond. Than I contact on the fax number and i came to know that it is a PCO number. At present bothe the mobile no is not responding.
