I have booked a ticket on 10/06/2012 from hosur to chennai in SRM TRAVELS THRU ONLINE and the bus hasn't stopped in the mentioned pick up point and later after a huge struggle caught he same bus in an another pick up point
Where in the cleaner was being so rash and was claiming that i have committed a mistake
It's ridiculous that the bus cleaner and driver was so arrogant and they are been also supported by their management so that they never even care for a complaint letter too
Kindly would advice everybody even when it demands do not book these kinda third rated bus.
