Bus departure late

I booked a bus ticket in paytm.

Worst bus travel ever..

Travelled from chennai to paramakudi.. Reporting time is 8.35 pm.. Bus departure time was 8.50 pm.. But bus came at
10.15 pm.

I was waiting for around 1.30 hours.. I called the bus travel agency and they answered irresponsibly

That is last time i am going to book in that travels and paytm...

High rate

Hello. ..See this complaint or i will file to court. see Nagercoil to bangalore you putted rate in the Internet 870 Ac sleeper 7:0pm and 10:pm bus also .some time 1030 rupees. .okay i paid okay. ..see nowadays 1350. .see this not market. .bus okay. .see less this rate amount or i will be file to court under transportation act. what you thinking about money and customer. .We are all not animals okay same like you. .human being. see and action...

Poor travels ever

I traveled from Cbe to Chn on[protected] pm Bus) first i said i ll board on Hopes College at 11:15pm i received a call and informed to come near CMC i walked from Hopes to CMC to catch the bus...that was the first complaint... Secondly my seat number was 45 (last row & last seat) within 2 hours of travel i felt a damn heat on the seat i dont know it might be due to lights at the back, ac heat or engine ...i informed driver but he is not...

No breakpoints motels toilets

I traveled from Coimbatore to Chennai...bus is not stopped in any motels for toilet about 4hours...I enquired for stopping and response was very bad...this is simply irritating feel...

Refund for non tendered ticket most urgent

On 26/08/2015 I tried for an online ticket from Chennai to Madurai but no ticket was generated so I made alternative arrangement to carry out my journey later on verification of my bank statement it came to know ticket fare Rs686/= debited through my Bank account eventhough no ticket was generated to me so I contact the citrus by quoting the transactional particulars they in turn directed m4 to contact the merchant with out taking care of...

Complaint against Refund Process

Hi, I have booked 5 tickets on redbus from chennai to kodaikanal on 4th september'2015 and one seat is totally damaged because of water leakage from ac, so that seat was not in condition to use it. We have adjusted with 4 seats and went to kodaikanal. We have talked with the bus driver and he locked that seat after our journey, you can consult with that bus driver, e had a chat with him too. So kindly refund us that amount as we are unhappy...

Bus haven't stopped in pick up point

I have booked a ticket on 10/06/2012 from hosur to chennai in SRM TRAVELS THRU ONLINE and the bus hasn't stopped in the mentioned pick up point and later after a huge struggle caught he same bus in an another pick up point
Where in the cleaner was being so rash and was claiming that i have committed a mistake
It's ridiculous that the bus cleaner and driver was so arrogant and they are been also supported by their...
