I traveled from Cbe to Chn on[protected] pm Bus) first i said i ll board on Hopes College at 11:15pm i received a call and informed to come near CMC i walked from Hopes to CMC to catch the bus...that was the first complaint...
Secondly my seat number was 45 (last row & last seat) within 2 hours of travel i felt a damn heat on the seat i dont know it might be due to lights at the back, ac heat or engine ...i informed driver but he is not at all in the tendency to help the customers, , , i said sir seat number 19 is vacant can i go and sit that driver fellow said i need to sleep in that seat so u go and sit in your place..wow what a fantastic driver he was...
Finalli i paid Rs 1050 to travel from Cbe to Chn which is totally waste ...hope my complaint will be taken up to the concerned person and i demand for refund ... Was this information helpful? |
