[Resolved]  SSV Technologies — Irregular service of Internet

Somewhere around June 1st week, we have got a new internet connection with SSV Technologies headed @ Vashi. There would be no connection whole day. There is no response to phone calls as it would be switched off/not reachable. Even if we would get the line (after 11 AM), they would take the formal complaint but there would be no effect for it. Even after repaeated calls there is no use.

We are under Rs. 370/- plan and we have made a payment of Rs.1000 (500 for deposit + 370 for net) for unlimited internet service. The net never got connected during morning times.

We are facing the Worst Experience is similar when it comes to speaking with people at SSV. They are so rude that they just hang down the phone without even responding. I would like to know who is the right authority to take this issue solved. Pls help

the worst service ever. Worst spEed, will not work only most number of days. Mtnl, tata indicom or any other internet service provider is better than ssv technogies. Go for any other broadnband service and avoid making the biggest mistake of your life. U will also get other at a very cheaper rate as compared to ssv technogies.

One of the third class internet service provider in Kamothe area. Dont purchase any plan from this company. Once you pay the money for the Pckg then no one will care for the service

SSV ARE A BIG CHEATERS THE SAME PROBLEM I PAY RS 300 PER MONTH OUR FESTIVAL WAS GOING FIRST IT WAS 100.0 MBPS THEN THEY REDUCED TO 10.0 MBPS THEY ARE A REAL CHEATERS PLEASE DONT TAKE SSV CONNECTION THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE... SSV CONTACT NO-[protected]
