SSV technologies is charging unrealistic fees. They advertise everyday in Newspapers about the charges however, to the general public it is Rs. !50 more than the mentioned rate. In my case i had paid 3 months in advance for the 256 Kbps plan. However after using it for the first month my line was disconnected and for the remaining two months i was just logging calls with them only to find no solutions. Now they are neither ready to refund the amount nor are they willing to extend my validity. On top of that their brochure states that 384Kbps plan charges are Rs.339/month however they charge Rs. 450/month which is Rs.100 more then the mentioned cost. And this rates differs month to month. I took 6 month plan @1880 256 kbps speed.
my problem is in SSV database have 3 month plan but i pay for 6 month.
i talk with the SSV office Kalamboli setor-15 they told me that previously who given the connection he left the organization so you need to pay more money to continue service.
they are doing fraud with customer. i decide to complaint SSV in Cyber crime office any one have idea about it.
