Forgery, Irregular services and unrealistic pricing

SSV technologies is charging unrealistic fees. They advertise everyday in Newspapers about the charges however, to the general public it is Rs. !50 more than the mentioned rate. In my case i had paid 3 months in advance for the 256 Kbps plan. However after using it for the first month my line was disconnected and for the remaining two months i was just logging calls with them only to find no solutions. Now they are neither ready to refund...

Irregular service of Internet

Somewhere around June 1st week, we have got a new internet connection with SSV Technologies headed @ Vashi. There would be no connection whole day. There is no response to phone calls as it would be switched off/not reachable. Even if we would get the line (after 11 AM), they would take the formal complaint but there would be no effect for it. Even after repaeated calls there is no use.
