St Courier — Courier Lost | |
Respected sir, my name is swapan kumar, i am studying in chennai. i send a courier (courier no.[protected] through st courier services to noida on 1st June 2009, but till now it has not been recived in noida and when i tried to locate my courier they are saying that the courier has been delivered and not even giving me the details of receipt even after asking number of times. i tried to contact them through their online chat service and drop few mails there but all in vain. Its been days since i did the courier from bangalore. I dont know what is happening here. It says its still in transit and the information is updated on 27th October and today is 4th NOvember. it is going from Banglore to Pune and not to some place in antartica.
I dont have any updates about the AWB #[protected]
I guess STCouriers cant think, why people do couriers. I could have sent it in ordinary post and i m sure it must have reached by now. But its their everlost snailmail service so called courier that has made my parcel a mess.
THe courier is very important for me and it has some original documents along with a DD.
