St Courier — Customer care not good

Sir,
The person who is working in ST Mankadu PO- 629172 Courier is not customer friendly. He is using bad words to me. He have delivered my product to someone else home. Now he is not responding....

St Courier — not received product and in website showing as delivered someone in different location

I have ordered Hibiscus Shampoo and Hair Serum in Magical Jar (Seller) on 31st March, 2024. I did not received any phone calls from st courier, When i tack my product on st courier on 10th April, 2024, It showing product delivered at pallavaram but i am residing near to Navalur, Chennai - 603103. I did not received product but it showing delivered.
I did not received product so please resend the money and take action....

I am writing to report the missing goods from a red-colored suitcase that were part of my recent delivery from your company on 19/3/24.
