St Courier — Non-delivery of courier

Hi I am Sridevi. I am, the one of the contestant, selected for a gift from Udhaiyam pure and sure contest.They cal'd and verified me whether I have received the gift or not, that they sent the gift through ST courier. They informed me that the gift was received by a person named Shanti. But here and neighbors, no one is named Shanti. Either the courier boy should hand over the gift only to me or he should inform me during the delivery. So the mistake should have been occurred only during the delivery of the gift.
