COURIERS ARE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SENDING AND RECEIVING THE LETTERS OR PARCELS WITH IN A STIPULATED TIME. BUT, IT IS NOT FULFILLED. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY. ST Courier — not received my courier

I have sen my couirer through ST couirer from Avinashi (coimbatore) to kanchipuram on 21/06/2010, but still not yet recieved. No response from both offices. If i called them, they are not giving proper answers.First the kanchipuram office staff said that the courier has taken for delivery, stil evening not recieved, after that he said that courier has not recieved from origin.please help me to get it back.
