ST Couriers — Courier not delivered

worst courier service. Courier from salem which was sent on 14-mar-2012 is still not delivered. today's date is[protected]. Worst customer service too. If someone picks the call when[protected]...u r lucky....my awb no is[protected].

i have booked a courier to Aligarh, UP on 21st december from a collection centre in chromepet, chennai.
it hasn't reached the destination yet.
when i enquired on 26th december, the customer care replied that there is no such entry for the tracking number i have. and i am asked to enquire the local centre.
when i enquired the local centre on 27th december, the reply was the courier was collected from the local collection center only on 26th december.
it takes a whole week to move from local collection centre to the branch office.

the tragedy is still i am not able to track my courier.
