Star Cj Alive — Star CJ supplied defective product and money not being refunded | |||
Hi, my name is piyush sharma . I had ordered samsung ultra slim fit 29 “ tv on 30/Jan/2012 with order no[protected] I paid rs.- 6999 by credit card. From 04/Feb/2012 to 15/Feb/2012, I DID call starcj many times and got reply every times "you will get your product within next 2to 3 working days". Then after 10 days again I call to customer care then the told me please wait for two days we will resolve this issue after two days again I call to customer care then the y transfer call to senior executive , his name is prasant singh he promise me you received tv on 20/Feb/2012,but on 23/Feb/2012 they delivered 21” tv and also its physically damage , the I again call the they told me wait for 2-3 three days for regulations , the after two days the told me that tv not available in stock so the collect faulty tv and refund my money back but still no one come for collecting tv and still money not refund. and no posetive response from star cj cc Executive.
