Hi,
we have ordered a product from star cj using online shoping. and the order which is recevied is not as per they shown it on tv. we have ordered lock and lock container, which contain a set of casroles and a 1000/- worth VLCC gift voucher as free gift. but we didnt recevied that gift voucher in the delivered parcel. we called the customer care of star cj also they said they will look into it i have registered the complaint on 2 may 2011 named divya singhal. but i didnt receive any response till now.
