Pls help me.

Star Cj is not giving me my refund of Rs 999. They are harrasing me from the very 1st day. Two months have been left. This was started from 4th April 2011. And today is 31st march, yet no response.

I had purchased Aurelia pack of three kurtas of rs 999. On 9 April, My order no was [protected]. The product shown on star Cj website was totally diffrent when i received that. The quality was very much cheap.

On the website, it was looking very much attractive & shining & girlish. When it came to me, i was so happy to receive that but when i opened that, touched that i was very much disappointed.

I have called them so many times but i am not getting any satisfactory reply from their side. i have all the records of written mails.

Their management is also very poor, I have list of names also. They make commitment that withing a week/ withhing 10 days bla bla we will take this back and give you refund but they dont do .

They are even not calling me, not visiting to me to take these kurtas back and giving me refund, i am very tensed, pls tell me what sould i do.

Mr. Tushar, thank you so much for breaking your promise. This is your managemnet. Wow!! When management people are like that (Cheap) , how will the other executives be & how the products will be of your company, i can guess.

With due regards to your behaviour and harrasing me, i am going to take further activation by taking help of consumer court. i have list of names like Mr. Rahul, Mr. Nigel and Mr. Tushar (All management cheap people), who all promised to take action and refund mt money (Rs 999) and take cheap kurtas back , but all are sleeping.

You all are taking salaries of harrasing your customers!!!!
Lets meet in consumer court...

I will never shop anything from you people and never recommend anybody to shop from Star Cj.

You only boast that you want customer satisfaction, actually you want customer harrasment!!!

When you give delivery of product that takes only 2 days and now when i am saying to refund it has taken almost 10 days...How rude is that. Your Product's quality is really very cheap. Earlier, my family has ordered STAR CJ Food Processor also, that was very good. That was ordered from Delhi (this onth only) and there is no complaint.But these kurta's are really not wearable.

    I have posted a complaint today morning and the compalint No. is 10221.
    In this regard, I submit that I have received a telephone call just now i.e.4.30 PM from StarCJ telephone No.[protected] and the same story is repeated. The lady on the other side advised me to contact Maharaja Whiteline Industries and thet they are not supposed to take any action in this respect.

    Sir, I have purchased the product from StarCJ Online shopping Mall on cash payment to them, with their assurance to replace the piece if found faulty and that if they are informed within 7 days of the receipt of the product. In this case I submitted my complaint within 30 minutes of the receipt of the product. Further, even if we purchase any product from a local dealer, we get our complaint registered with them and they arrange to send thier man or manufacturers' representative so as to redress our complaint. Then why StarCJ are running away from their primary responsibility. Is it not their duty to thoroughly check all products before dispatch to the clients as theirs is a Tele Mall and a client purchases the product with blind-faith of quality and work-worthy of the product.

    In view of the above facts, you are requested to take appropriate action in tha matter and direct StarCJ to replace my faulty piece without further delay and execuses.

    I purchased a Maharaj Whiteline Thunder Cooler from StarCJ. The product was delivered at my doorstep by StarCJ's courier after receipt of full amount. On opening of the piece, it was found that it is open from one side. Immediately I lodged a complaint on StarCJ's phone No.[protected]. The person assured me that the piece will be changed,within two-three days if found faulty.. I did not to put it in use.hoping that Coy's representative will visit my house. After waiting for three days, I again contacted StarCJ on the above phone and lodged the complaint again.This time they advised me to contact the manufacturers. On my persistence that I have purchased the product from them and as such they should take appropriate action in the matter, my compalint was registered. Thereafter, I received a phone from StarCJ and the lady on the other side,after getting all details, advised me to open the piece and test it by filling with water. Accordingly, I unrapped the piece and on testing, found that the up-down swings do not work and throw the air towards feet only. Again the complaint was lodged, by telephone and through e-mail also. But I have received no response so far even after three days of lodgement of the complaint. It appears that StarCJ are running away from their responsibility and shifting the onus to manufacturers. Is not it their duty to supply error-free products after due checking as they are on-line suppliers and a customer believes of receivibg good quality and 100% error-free products only. Please take my case suitably at the appropriate level so that my faulty piece is changed. Thanks

      I had purchased a Gas Oven Tandoor from Star CJ live, through their call center over the phone. I was promised 2 gifts, one was the Silicon moulds and the other was 2 Boxes of Lock in boxes. The Silicon moulds gifts were displayed along with the GOT and the Lock in box were a gift, because I was ordering in March where the promotion was on. They mentioned that they would deliver the Lock in boxes after a week or so after the delivery.
      The Lock in boxes were never delivered, and after that I have made 2 complaints (for which they have sent SMF confirmation too) and both the time they mentioned the same thing that 'we have forwarded it to the Delivery guys, but we do not know why they have not delivered to you'. Even after 2 compalints and more than 15 days on the second complain (overall 2 months), it has not reached me.
      It is not the gift part that is worrying me, but the casual attitude and then is it that the Delivery guys are flicking things in between. If STAR CJ cannot have a control on their Delivery mechanism, what is the guarantee, they can delivery valuable goods we might shop for.

      Please take care if you are booking anything through STAR CJ.

        I have purchased one Maharaje Whiteline Thunder Tower cooler from Star CJ wide their Invoice No.[protected] .The cooler has been delivered to me on 18.5.2011 but the body of the same is open from one side and thus is not work-worthy. Though I lodged the complaint with them immediately on telephone on receipt of the product followed by two reminders one on 19.5.011 and then today; and the e-mail on 21.05.2011 also, but have not received any response from them so far. You are requested to help me in getting the product replaced immediately . Thanking you and hoping for an early action in the matter.

            I ordered products from star CJ alive during their Holi promotion , they had promised that free Holi gift of lock n lock will be delivered between 1st to 10th April. When I did not receive the gift I rang the customer care on 4 times till now and everytime false reassurances have been provided to me on phone and in written that the gift will be delivered in 2 working days.

            This is a big channel showing false promises and claims on TV, we really need to take action against people saying such lies on television. Its more than 1.5 months and i have not received the gift of Lock and Lock Containers.

              i bought nokia-x2 about 2 months ago from star cj alive n two gifts, speakers and 2 containers of "lock & lock" were free with it. i was given the speakers at the time of delivery of the phone but they are not giving the "lock & lock" containers. even after complaining a lot of times they are just postponing the dlivery date n are saying "we have forwarded the complaint". but they are not taking any action.

                But today 9 days left but i not recived it.
                they are saying to me just wait..wait.....waitn no solution.

                    As the mercury started rising I thought it’s better to buy a cooler. On weekend I was just changing the channels on my television I saw ad of cooler on StarCJ. I thought it’s good since they are selling products of Bajaj which is a good brand in the consumer product section. So I ordered using their website and paid the full amount using my internet banking account. I thought that by paying the money immediately I may get the delivery quickly (What a silly thought from my side!!!). I had ordered on 19th April 2011 and was expecting the delivery within 5 to 6 days since I am living in Pune which is not that remote as far as the delivery is concerned. I called the customer care for the first time at the end of the sixth day they told me that be assured that the product will be delivered within a day or two since it has been already been shipped from their side. They were unable to tell the exact date but they stick with 5 to 10 days timeline and reassured me about that. I called them after two days again the same thing they told me that I will receive it before the timeline. Then I called them after then time line was crossed then the customer care executive told me that he will pass this to the complaint department and they will call me. I asked him by what time I should expect the call and he answered in a very polite manner that since today is Sunday and the complaint department has holiday today they will call me on Monday. Again on Monday I called them saying I have not yet received the call, again he assured me that I will be receiving the call within 24 hours. Finally on Monday evening I received a call asking me the problem( I had to explain her whole story again ) then she told me that this has been put on HIGH PRIORITY and I will be receiving a call from warehouse department(another department and another timeline) as soon as possible. Since I had no alternative but to agree with her I decided to wait for the call. As usual I did not received any call for next 24 hours, I again called the customer care and they said that I will be receiving a call in 48 hours from the last complaint and only 24 hours has been passed so I have to wait( what more can I do). Right now I am waiting a call from the warehouse department. Today’s date is 03rd May 2011 and I hoping that the cooler which I will be getting from Star CJ (this is an assumption that I will be getting cooler from them -> Positive thinking in action) will be used in 2011’s summer. Otherwise I have to wait for one year more to utilize my priced possession of BAJAJ Cooler.

                      I had purchased a Canon printer on 21st March 2011 and it was delivered on 25th March with all ancillaries missing like cable, cartridges, etc.
                      Have complained and called but not sorted yet till today.

                        After Several follow-ups till the date no product is delivered and when call to call center no conformation from call center persons. When talk to Star CJ Alive Person ( Keshor & Nandan) some unfaithfull response or answer pass by them. This is some thing discusting and very harrising. Most important thing is that this is shown on reputed Satellites services Like TATA SKY, Dish TV... etc...
                        also very reputed name in channel is given to this. I request all the customers who got such kind of response from this organisation should come togather and make common complient against this.

                          I ordered for a whirlpool grill 20l microwave oven from Star CJ Live (a product selling TV channel). I ordered this product while I was watching an adv. of similar product.

                          On the adv they were showing Whirlpool 20L Grill mocrowave oven - Automatic, with the price of Rs 5999. I ordered them the Whirlpool 20L Grill mocrowave oven - Automatic, with the price of Rs 5999 with free gift Trolly,Hand blander and Chopper. While buying the oven I confirmed from Sales Agent that there is no difference in the product that is shown in TV adv. and what I am buying, except the price (Rs 5999 and volume 20L). I asked the Sales agent about the difference atleast twice, and he confirmed me for the same.

                          On delivery I got the mechanical oven instead of automatic oven, and even Star CJ collected the price of automatic one. I got the product on 18-Apr-2011 bill no[protected] and Order number [protected], on the same day I did the complaint at their phoneline about this mistake.

                          I have talked to customer care executive and register complaint. After 5-6 days I received a call from customer excecutive said that we don't have product left in the stock,so we will return your money.But before that delivery boy collect all product, and after receiving product we will send you the check of 5999/-.He said he will not return back my money by cash on the time of returning product.for that i have to wait for 10-15 days more.

                          I have ordered first time in STAR CJ Live.I am really disappointed with your service. I have wasted 15-20 days just for waiting. and I have to wait for 10-15 days again to received my money.

                          please take this seriousely otherwise Indian people will not belive in ONLINE shopping.Waiting for your response.I want same product which i have ordered or give my money by cash and get back your all product

                              I purchased a product from the Star cj website (Order no: [protected]).

                              This product was described to be of a different and much superior quality on the website, while what was delivered was a poor, sub standard product and its material was completely different from what was mentione don the website. Despite following up repeatedly for a refund my complaint wasn't addressed and finally after 14 days I was told that my money will nt de refunded, despite the fact that my claims were correct. I was specifically told that even though the difference in product material has been acknowledged, my money will not be refunded.



                              I have sent emails, made numerous phone calls, yet me problem remains unsolved. Please address my complaint and help me take action against misrepresentation of products ans misleading advertisment to consumers.

This was on the 21st of April. Once again despite following up repeatedly over phone and lodging my complain several times, my product has not been picked up from my address- am I to yet again consider this an ":aberration to the quality standards" or to take it that disregard to consumer service is a norm at Star Cj?

                              Three working days have past and again no phone call has been recieved.
                              This is absolute lack of concern about pending complaints. Almost 20 days have past and no action has been taken on my return procedure.

                              Star Cj has yet again failed to address consumer problems within reasonable time. I would request Consumer complaints forum to please take necessary action to jolt them into action.

                                This is to inform you people that your service is absolutely pathetic. There is no accountability by Star CJ to deliver the product on time and nobody seems have any clue about this except apologizing. Frustrated with the pathetic service I am ordering the cancellation of my order as it had missed the delivery schedule of 9th oct 2012. Please refund my money back to my account.

                                GATI DKT #[protected]. This product has been laying in Gati's Bhivandi store house for past 5 days. I had called numerous times to get it delivered but nobody listens to me and everybody gives me a verbal assurance. This is not acceptable.

                                Also when I called your customer care at [protected], floor manager Pawan was shrewd enough to put the blame on me for cancelling the order. I clearly said that i was cancelling the order because "I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF STAR CJ. THEY MISSED THE SCHEDULE OF DELIVERY".

                                I have received a SMS from STAR CJ stating that the order has been cancelled due to "my non availability for the delivery", which is absolutely untrue.I sent an email regarding this on 9th oct to [protected]@starcj.com but didn't get any reply.

                                Till today 19th oct I have not received my refund and am waiting for the same.

                                I hope this complain finds the proper hands and corrective action is taken regarding the same. Else I believe STAR CJ is not worth doing business with.

Since i did not recieve the same with the kit on the 11th of Dec, i called your customer care- 1) they were extremely rude :( 2) they told me they would get back within 48 hours..its more than 96 hours now...and i have not heard from your team

                                    My Name is Rohit Mehta. Recently i purchased a Whirlppol Magicook Microwave 25 L from Star Cj included a Mixer Grinder of an unknown Brand as a Gift. Somehow from the very first day the mixer grinder is not at all working even it is in under warranty period. I have call Star CJ for the same but all i have got is just a harrasment. Everytime whenever i call their customer care executives they used to say that they will do that same. And one of the exec said in a very cheap lang ” Free mein aur kya maharaja mixer grinder loge?”



                                    I never asker star CJ to provide gift hampers but i[censored] are representing something on a National TV. You shouldnt behave like this. This is the way u r treating Customers. Since i have not received any call from their side. What do i do. Plz suggest.

                                    I ordered a Morphy Richards JMG and was promised a free Grill with it. The associate who accepted my order on phone also confirmed that I would receive a Grill, however, they sent a sandwich maker. Assuming that this may have happened in error, I called and requested for the sandwich maker to be exchanged for the Grill as shown on TV. I was a promised a call back in return which never happened. I've been calling everyday since last 10 days and after having spoken to almost 4 executives and 2 supervisors, I am now registering a complaint.

                                    I ordered a Maharja Mixer grinder worth Rs 1900 from Star CJ TV show on 14-May -2011. They Delivered a Non Working Maharaja Mixer grinder on 18-May-2011. When I called them , They promised to replace the product. However I am not satified with the type of product and service they provided. It's my first order and I recived a non working item. I want my money back instead of replacement. Star CJ fool people with false advertisements, poor quality products and MRPs. The gift provided was also of poorest quality and different from they show on television.

                                    I, have registered a Home Theater 5.1 Philips on 10 Oct 2011. by seeing you advertisement on your Chanel i.e Star cj in that what you have shown to the public I'll try to visualised the same to you.
                                    You have kept the DVD just in font with the two Small speaker and one buffer and other two just behind the back side of the person, when I, have received home theater on the style I have tried but I failed to do so because the wire is to short, I am an able to adjust the set as you have shown on the programme. same I reported to your staff so many time . On 24 Oct spicily I talk to Mr. Pawan Sr. Staff he has arranged the conference with technical member he has understood my problem and assured me that either for replacement with the ex tented wire what I want or if it will not possible than refund will be made ( you can check with your recording even) . On 16Nov when I received the speaker I was surprise to see that their was no change in the product. Immediate called on [protected] but this time the flatly refused. Even Philips engineer came to for demonstrate they told me that it is impossible as per what you have seen on the Star cj.Now you suggest What I'll do.One more thing I must add in it On every call your staff were saying I have arranged the call from my senior you will get the call with 24 hrs./ 48 Hrs. only once I have received call from your end., if this is the behavior from your side how you can justify your customer. Now I am not having any choice of my personal other the legal advice, .

                                    STAR CJ — Shortage and defective product .

                                    I had ordered on star CJ through online shopping for a 18 pcs cutting edge container set . My order no is [protected] , order date 7th Oct. I received a delivery of only 15 pcs, there were 3 container missing. I called and complained on 10th Oct the same day I got the delivery. Since that day I have been calling Star CJ every alternative dat but till now I have neither receivedp or any action on my complain.. This has mentally exhuasted and I am feeling cheated . I would want my money back and also all the money and time I have spend since October 10 till day (27-Nov) .

                                    Birla Food Processor / STAR CJ — Defective piece delivered

                                    I ordered a food processor birla from star cj from television.in a day got the product .the person came for demo said it it defective will replace it.after calling repeatedly they said they don't have other piece so will refund the money .it's two months I call star cj every week but all time they assure that in a day or two the will do the needful...my order no is [protected]...13 sept.                                     I have ordered for ONIDA LED TV and full payment made to them through HDFC credit card on 21.10.2011. Star CJ is committed to deliver the goods within 10 working days. Till now I have not received the TV even after many reminders through telephone calls.
                                    All time the same reply " you will receive a call from our side within 24 hours". I receive a call 3-4 days back but was disconnected before I could reply. No call received after that. I was told by the customer care executive that the the consignment was sent through 'afl courier company' and doct no of consignment is [protected]. I inquired from the courier company they said that they have not received the consignment. I am unable to understand what to do as I have made the full payment. Earlier I was regular customer of HOME Shop 18. I did not face any problem with them. This is my first experience with Star cj .

                                    Hello Sir/Madam

                                    My name is Mohammad Khalid and I am a second time victim of an extremely incapable and pathetic online shopping company STAR CJ. I ordered a digital camera from this poor company on 30th October to gift on my brother's wedding and was assured that the product will be delivered to me in 5 working days. My order number was[protected].

                                    After waiting until 9th of November when the product was not delivered even after several promises and numerous phone calls made to STAR CJ, I had to cancel the order because I was going out of station to attend my brother's wedding. While cancelling the order I was assured by the representative from Customer Service that the payment I made through my HDFC credit card will be refunded within 7-10 days.

                                    Since then till date (30/11/2011), I have been contacting STAR CJ daily inquiring about the refund that has not reached my HDFC credit card. And the representative on the other end only gives me one answer that "your complaint has been raised and some one from the complaints team will call you in 24 hours" which has not happened till date.

                                    I had no other option other than to raise this issue here and I seriously willing to sue STAR CJ with the way I have been treated and dealt with. They are extremely incapable lot of people with least interest in their customers and I will not recommend any one to use this company for any purchases.

                                    I am looking forward for compensation from this company for the hassles I had to go through and if any further actions are required, I am ready to take this further. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour cannot be tolerated and I am extremely annoyed with the way I have been treated I wasted my time and money following up with my request on daily basis.

                                    I am looking forward for a speedy resolution for this issue and obviously some serious fines imposed on this company causing inconvenience to the customer and I know I am not the only person impacted by this, there are several other victims.

                                    STAR CJ — Fraud Operations-Money Not Refunded even After 11 Weeks

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I had placed an order for 4 Nos. Laundry Power hanger (Order No.[protected] on Nov 15 2011 and payment made thru net banking. After 5 days Gati Courier brought one box containing one piece of hanger and a printout saying Qty. 4 Nos. and total payment of Rs. 7996/- @ Rs 1999/- per piece. I returned the box unopened to starcj as Qty supplied was one against the courier document said 4 Pcs and payment of Rs 7996/-.The box was received as it is by Star CJ gurgaon by (Mr. Bhajan) on Nov. 26 vide Gati Docket No.[protected]

                                    I immediately called up 011 &[protected] and informed about the error on their part and told them to refund the money. I was told it will be resolved within two days but nobody called and rest of story is as follows in brief:-

                                    1. Made almost 25 calls of 15 Mins. each in Nov, December, Jan & Feb. 2012 with a gap of 4-6 days. --- to refund the money but complaints are only registered and forwarded which probably go to some dustbin. You never gat a call back. The operators are not highly trained and instructed not to get any senior or give their phone nos. nor do the other departments ever come on line.
                                    2. Mailed complaint at [protected]@starcj.com on Dec 12, Jan 19 and several reminders ---No Reply received. Wrote in Q & A section of my StarCj Account –No Reply ever received.
                                    3. A full fledged Fraud/Nexus is operating between employees to ward off complaints and do not commit anything. Every time you call, explain from start, waste 15-20 Mins. They will only tell it will be resolved within 72 Hrs, 6-8 days etc. You again call same story is repeated and there is a new call center operator with no solution. There is no reference or reply on earlier complaints.
                                    4. 11 Weeks have passed but no refund/reply not given (Till Feb. 8, 2012) as the operators are trained to keep customers at bay by giving false pretext of one or another like,its under process, its at advanced stage, concerned department is working etc. and lastly after so much deliberations I got a call on Jan 10 that my refund is in process and definitely your account will be credited by Jan 17 2012.When nothing got credited I called up again the same story is repeated that its under process. By jan end after getting angry with the operators through several calls I am told that we have to check the where house and than we will do something. Its endless lies these people keep on telling.
                                    5. It is a well organized internet fraud operation headed by Paritosh Joshi and a tem of crooks. I am posting this on all consumer websites and handing all papers to local consumer court including star network head and their associate in Korea to shut down this fraud operating in India.
                                    6. Through this message I and requesting all readers not to purchase anything from starcj, whatever allurement they give to you. Almost 2000 employees/Families of the company in which I work have decided not to even see this channel and word is spreading fast to all associated companies, vendors, suppliers and corporate heads.

                                      I have Given the order of two products on 12th Feb'11 which includes a Jewellery, I received the first item on 16th itself but not the Jewellery & even after giving them 100's of calls, I am not getting the correct answer, neither they are telling the exact date for delivering the item. Also the worst part is they are neither ready to cancel the order and give my money back.

                                      Whenever I call them, they simply say, "we have forwarded your request to concern depatment & you will receive the call shortly". Even after several promises to deliver the item, they have failed to deliver. Earlier, they said, your query will be solved within 5 working days, when I first lodged the compaint on 16th Feb'11. But it is now history.

                                      Please help me to get this resolved, I don't want much but atleast, they provide me the exact date as to when my issue is resolved, as whatever I write them, they simpy reply to my messages by saying "Sorry for the incovinience, you will get contacted shortly".

                                      Please help as I do not see any place where I should go. You are my last hope.

                                        I have booked a LCD of Videocon of 40 inch and it came to Patiala through GATI Courier. The delivery person was so rude on phone and so arrogant that he called me up for picking up the items from courier office. I registered complaint thrice to your customer care about this. Every time I was told that call would come to you regarding your complain. But till now no call has come from your side but instead one SMS has come on my mobile No. that your Product Code No [protected] has been cancelled due to my Non- availablity. If this was the case then you kindly look up for my complaints which was lodged thrice.

                                        StarCJ — Star CJ - Not delivering working product, poor quality and pathetic services

                                        I oredered a Inalsa product through StarCJ on July 15th 2011 and till date I have not received a right working product.

                                        First product was ordered on 15th and delivered on 19th. It was broken and I ordered for replacement.

                                        This time I got product on August 04, where as they said it should be delivered within 5 working days. I made so many calls, talked to almost every representatives in the call center, their supervisors and their boses. All of them make comitments and never fulfill. Quality of the product is also not good at all. It seems they are selling rejected lot.

                                        I checked product which was delivered on August 04 and it was broken again and however, in my last conversation I told Amit Kumar, that it should not be broken this time as it is kind of inconvinience. He said, we will check before delivering. As I got the non working machine this time too that means cross check neer took place.

                                        I have called again so many times and not Amit Kumar is not coming over the phone now and his collegues are also not doing any thing right.

                                        This star CJ call center team is the most pathetic team I have ever seen when it comes to service and one should pay extra money in market to by product from market in place of buying from them.

                                        Despite of 6 complaint calls not a single action received from the replacement deptt. This is very unprofessional and unethical that despite of that the fact that the payment is done in advance, no one takes the pain to call the customer.

                                        Star CJ Alive — undelivered order since 07/10/2011

                                        In reference to the complaint below i received a call stating that the order is again dispatched vide docket no. CJGLS[protected] and the contact person no. is [protected] but the person at the other end is denying any such order and the same is still undelivered. This is something which we call negligence and customer harassment.

                                        I ordered an item vide order no.[protected] on 07/11/2011 from http://www.starcj.com/mall/index.htm.
                                        Despite of 6 complaint calls not a single action received from the replacement deptt. This is very unprofessional and unethical that despite of that the fact that the payment is done in advance, no one takes the pain to call the customer.

                                        I am very sorry to write such a bad mail which reflect the the relation of starcj with customers .
                                        I have lodged a complaint 2 months back and didnot get the resolution as of now, still pending for some angel to reply or call back !!!
                                        There is a replacement of the damaged product which is pending from last 2 months.

                                        Problem i have with starcj live --

                                        1. Nobody calls back about the status of your call . As i also dont know what is happening with my COMPLAINT CALL .
                                        2. Keeps me on hold on every call about 15 minutes everytime
                                        3. When i asked to speak with senior, they will not lift the call which will gets automatically disconnected.
                                        4. Foremost, No reply or update on my complaint call, it has not been done as of now.
                                        5. Everytime you call star cj live they will say, it has been under process and will be done one fine day .

                                        MY FEEDBACK ABOUT STARCJLIVE -- >

                                        1. Pathetic response from customer care (including senior staff)
                                        2. Long call hold keeps irritating the customer .
                                        3. They dont know about the customer realtionship at all.


                                        I only expect now at this point in time, that they might have some shame and they will call/repond or solve my query one day .

                                        I purchased Karbonn A1 mobile Rs. 4990/- on 20the April 2012. when i saw the broadcast they said we can hear Fm, Radio and as well as world radio. But when i got the product there is no Fm feature. I shocked. I complained but they denied. they said we did not say that. i replied that gave me that broadcast clipping but they refused to give me.

                                        till today i did not received and appropriate solution. what could i do with this hand set. very expensive and no FM.

                                        I have purchased a pack of 4 Chiffon Saree from PRAFFUL brand . Unfortunately the stuff was not Chiffon the saree also not carry any trademark of Praffull. I am trying since last 4 weeks to Starcj but could not able to get any satisfactory reply . This type of attitude discourage tele shopping
                                        When ever i call to Star CJ the response is Pathetic from customer care and a general tendency for long call holds.
                                        I only expect that they might have some shame and they will call and give a satisfactory solutions to my problem

                                        I have order a jewellery collection on Star CJ of bangle size 2.6. But I received 2.4. I register my complain three times but each time I have delivered with 2.4 size instead of asked 2.6 size. All this is highly unprofessional. Great harassment. Spent too much time, money on weekly basis for complains.

                                        Big mistake at my end was that I have made a online payment before hand. Thus, now I am running after them to get the refund.

                                        I will strongly recommend you to stay completely away from this fake site to save your money, time and peace.
                                        i ordered birla seat massager from star cj after seeing ad. On television, order no.[protected], witin two days i got the delivery, after two hours of delivery i called-their customer service to return the product since it was a waste product nothing was there as shown on telivision but this fraud company selling fake and obsolete products which company's are not able to sell in open market are selling via this fraud starcj . They clearly refuse to return the product not even ready to exchange with some other product .

                                        I am posting this cause i don't want others to waste their hard earned money like this, Star Cj should be banned and unprofessional cheaters working their should be black listed.

I have purchased a Euroclean LITEVAC Handy Vacuum Cleaner ROI from starcj alive. vide order No. [protected] and Invoice no.[protected] dated 08.08.2013. Free gift sent with the product is Believe Travel Bag ROI / MAH. This free gift is a rejected piece which is totaly torn from all sides. After recieving the rejected piece of free gift I have also paced a complaint within 2 hours to the starcj on Phone No.[protected]. Kindly replace the rejected gift piece.

                                        Star CJ Alive — Fake lottery!!

                                        they are talking about some attractive gifts for selected customers only. but they did not play the lottery. even they did not update the name of their lottery winner. It is also a cheating with customer. Me really very disappointed about this thing. Please don't make us idoit like this!!
