STAR CJ Alive Complaint I want to lodge a complaint against StarCJ Alive. My name is Lajpat Kurdiya. I am registered customer with StarCJ Alive. My user id is “lajpatvinii” and my registered mobile number is “956****377”. I have booked product “Inalsa Food Processor Fiesta Roi” which quantity was two on 15th April 2012. My order number is “[protected]”. I received only one product on 20th April 2012. I complaint to StarCJ customer care service. They registered my complaint. I have re-registered my complaint more than twenty time. StartCJ executive called me five time only first call they gave me information that my complaint has been lodged. Second call I got a call from Shaloo she assured me that there was problem with ware house by mistake they delivered only one product “Inalsa Food Processor Fiesta Roi”. The delivery boy picked only one product he did not check quantity in bill and shortly I will receive my second product. Third call was unpicked call by me as they said but in reality I did not received any call. Fourth call Again Shaloo told me that she mailed to warehouse shortly I will get my second product. Fifth call they gave docket number through which they couriered my product via ARAMEX and gave me three number to track my product. I hardly reached to ARAMEX they told that they did not get any product to deliver me. It was again shocking news for me. I call daily to StarCJ Alive customer care they never tell me right status. Always they have similar answer for me like my complaint is already lodged. They will arrange a back call for me in 24-48 hours. They have forwarded my complaint. Surely I will get my product very soon. There is not any facility to check complaint status yourself. We have called each time to StarCJ customer care that is not free number ([protected]). They charged good amount to call them for telling their problem. What an irony first we did not get our product after paying and they charged also on customer care number. I made online advance payment on 15th April 2012 and It is almost two month about to complete. Still I am waiting for my product. This is my frustrated story.
