[Resolved] STAR CJ / Onida LED TV — NON DELIVERY OF ONIDA LED CHROME TV TV | |||
Dear Sir, I placed an Order with star cj to purchase Onida 32" Chrome LED TV (ROI) wide order No[protected] on 21.10.2011. I paid the full amount of TV through credit card but till now I have not received TV even though they are committed to deliver the consignment within ten working days. Customer care employee gave me the doct no [protected] through which they sent the item through 'AFL COURIER SERVICE' . I contacted to the courier office, they told me that they have not received this item. I told star cj about this but nothing have done so far.
