Star International Holidays — Package deal not provided

I have purchased a travel package from Star International Holidays for Rs. 6,999/- within this they are offering 4day and 3 night for 2 people with 2 children anywhere in India, plus one Dell Laptop.

When I was informed by Mr. Rahul Pande from Star Int'l Holidays, I requested him to counter confirm availability of hotels in Amritsar for end-May 2013, for which he mentioned that Star Int'l Holidays can offer Radisson Blu. Since I needed this for 3 people, we agreed to reduce the stay to 3 days and 2 nights. After the verbal agreement I paid the amount via the web site of the company using a credit card, with a guarantee that they will provide confirmation within the same day. This was on 15-Mar-13 and till day i.e. 21-Mar the confirmation isn't available.
The 24 hrs support desk is also not working as needed and only one single call is happening, but without much help, the support only answers the call and say they will confirm. The last person I have spoken was Mr. Dev Anand who committed to providing confirmation without fail on 20-Mar-13.
But nothing has happened.

Please advise what is the way forward to get my money back from this company.
