Dear Sir; I have SBI Account with following detail Name - Ashok Chauhan Bank - State Bank of India A/c No. - [protected] Branch - Annapurna road indore, 300 usha Nagar Main (MP) Branch Code - 12659 And my friend A/c detail Name - Mayank Kumar Agarwal Bank - State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur A/c No - [protected] Branch - 3120 VK, BITS, PILANI, JHUNJHUNU, Rajasthan - 333031 Amount of Rs. 32206 transfer from A/c No - [protected] (Name - Mayank Kumar Agarwal) to A/c No. - [protected] ( Name - Ashok Chauhan) on dated 21 jan 2010 .Transfer completed shown in account of A/c No - [protected] (Name - Mayank Kumar Agarwal) But not recieved by A/c No. - [protected] (Name - Ashok Chauhan) till dated 25 th may 2010. I want request to you that plz do the necessary action so that amount transfer to beneficiary account A/c No. - [protected] (Name - Ashok Chauhan) to be done successfully. There is the problems to the customer due to less space & overload on employees to the SBBJ.
Because of that the most prominent branch in terms of the quality of the customer, the bank will lost opportunity of the health business in the pilani city.

State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, Pilani — Rude and irresponsible behaviour of employees
Hi,I have an account in SBBJ pilani branch. The behavior of the employees towards the customer is not good, specially when the talk to the senior citizens. They talk too rudely to the customers. I don't want their names to be public so i am not mentioning them.
One more complaint is that most of the time the employees are not found on their desk. I have to wait longer for them. Last week i waited for half an hour for the person at "poochtaj" counter and found that people are touching the important documents of the bank on his counter. This is such an irresponsible behavior. How they can leave their important documents containing information about the customers. Meant while his system was not logged off.
Anybody can steal or tamper the information and important document on the counter when he is away.
Actually they take the customers for Granted. they don't care about the customers.
