Dear Sir/Madam,

My name Bala Srinivas Chikkala working for Wipro Technologies from past 3 years and my salary account is SBI, Kormangala. I have availed a personal loan from SBI Kormangala Branch ( Loan# [protected]) and paying the EMI of 5400/- regularly through TDS from Wipro.

Due to some reasons, I am leaving the organization and want an NOC from SBI Bank immediately for Wipro to complete the relieving procedure.

When I spoke with one of the Bank Officials in Kormangala over phone ( as I am in Hyderabad Wipro currently), he told I have to pay the remaining amount i.e., almost 1.6 lakhs at one shot which is impossible for me.

I am ready to link the SBI Loan to new Salary Account and pay the EMI's regualry asusual. Sir, please try to understand the situation and kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Your respone is much awaited. Please treat this issue as high priority.

    sbi clerical job — problem facing against filling and submitting the form of clerk of sbi

    hi sir,
    i m nishant ukey from maharashtra...
    since from morning i m trying to fill the form of sbi clerk . but there is no any responce from the sbi.
    so i m so worried about this form procedure. from 2 days i m try to fill the form, , , , , , , , , but nothing happend.
    and bi the way the date of submission of the clerk sbi form come so much nearer... so plz help us...
    i reallly dont want to loose this big opportunity.

      Dear Sir,
      I would like inform you that i wanted withdraw Rs-10000.00/ with my SBI ATM Card from ICICI bank ATM Machine at Berhampur, Ganjam, Orissa dated on 02/01/2009. But no cash dispense from ATM, Instead, I have received massage that transaction declined. But at the same time this amount debited from my account. Hence i have complint at branch but still it was not cleared. Being a house wife how many time i can go for this branch for the above matter. I got too much presure from my family member due to this matter. I have gone 4-5 time in every month but till the date not received the amount.

      Ref. to the discussion I had with you. I have forwarding the complaint vide this letter to you for necessary action .

      Being faith with Banking system, i request you attention reg. my problem, where in I am facing difficult situation now . Being salaried person, Rs.6000/- is very big amount for common person like me and have lot of commitment too every month.

      I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have tried to withdraw but no cash dispensed from the ATM under the below said case.
      1. Rs. 6000/- from SB a/c using my SBI debit card at HDFC at RT Nagar Branch,
      Bangalore on 01/07/2009.

      At the above instance, no cash dispense from ATM, Instead, I have recd. Massage that transaction timed out & unable to dispense cash in the HDFC ATM m/c .

      Till date not received the amount .A salaried person who has commitments & availed loan would go whre in this situation .

      I have used my DEBIT Card / ATM Card No.[protected] of state Bnk of India, Alambag Branch, Lucknow in Canera Bank Atm situated at Munerka Village, New Delhi on 12.10.2009 for withdrawl of Rs.7000/-
      unfortunately, No cash delivered by ATM, but my A/c. No. [protected] was debited by same amount.
      Kindly credit my Above mentioned A/c. urgently & oblige.

        A huge amount of customers of STATE BANK OF INDIA now a days facing tremendous problem in using ATM. Everyday, Consumers' Legal Protection Forum got lots of complaints throughout the state of Assam. The customers have not get proper and due service from SBI ATM centers. Customers are unable to collect money from ATM. Most of the ATM's shows OUT OF SERVICE/ LINK FAILURE/ UNABLE TO PROCESS ect. maximum time of the day. Lastly, on 10th August '09, most of the SBI ATM's of Guwahati are out of service hours after hours. The customers of the smaller towns of the state, where only one SBI ATM is avalable, now a days faceing dangerous situation. Customers of the state of Assam have to wait hours after hours in front of ATM centers to collect their own money.

        on 209.09 i used atm at vivekananda road for rs.2000 instead of rs. 2000 igot rs.1000 only, but as per there mini statement, it shows that they have debited rs.2000 from my saving accout .
        Dear Sir,
        It gives me lot a pain to bring to your information that, while I went to withdraw money from SBI, ATM, at Parnashree Palli, Behala branch then the ATM which has three language options to choose with, but on selecting Hindi and English the ATM does not give money, but only when Bengali language is selected the ATM will respond and provide money for withdrawing. On asking with the ATM Manager in the Bank, he informed that the ATM will provide money only when BENGALI language is selected.
        So I being from Jharkand and not knowing to read and write Bengali, I had to ask some passing fellow members to help me through the Bengali menu's of ATM. Now I have to allow some stranger to guide me through the ATM menu. At one time the bank management has posted a poster for not allowing more that one person at a time inside the ATM, and to keep the ATM data confidential. But the inconvenience which a non Bengali person are facing needs to taken care of.

        I am hopeful that some due actions will be taken to avoid such inconvenience.

        I am Deepak kumar have a/c in state bank of india branch in saharanpur.On 26 sept. 2010 I did a transaction for Rs. 20000 from ATM machine I get the money but in reciept there are two transaction for Rs.20000 and the money deduct fromn my a/c.         On 14 June 2011 at 14:21 used SBI bank ATM at Champasari, Siliguri ATM due to some technical fault cash could not be withdraw, however in balance enquiry I was found debited my account with 20,000. Therefore in view of above, it is therefore requested to restoring my money.

        Sir/Madam I used my SBI ATM card of SBI ATM Champasari Siliguri on 14 June at 14:18 ATM ID S10H[protected].

        I swaped the card for withdrawal 20,000 due to any tech fault cash not received and 'sorry unable to process' message display on ATM screen. After some time we check my ministatement I was found debited my account with 20,000.
        In view of above you are requested to restoring my money, thanking you.

        State Bank of India ATM service — UNABLE TO PROCESS

        I am unable to withdraw cash from October. Message comes: UNABLE TO PROCESS. Still I haven’t gotten any new card.
        Today morning around 11.15 A.M. I went to withdraw money for Rs 40k at the SBI ATM centre situated at Paramakudi, Mani Nagar in Ramanathapuram District, Tamilnadu. But it was displayed on a monitor as if cash was not available and I was instructed to visit nearest SBI ATM. The same experience I had during the days ie, 4th Nov. and 5th Nov. Though I have sufficient money in my balance in my SBI savings account, I could not withdraw the amount that I need for three consecutive days.I could not understand why such deficiency in the service of SBI ATM to its customers. When I contacted to complain this matter to the Regional office, SBI Trichy, the staff in charge of ATM channels, told me that money was available only in the denomination of Rs.100 and I could draw only for a maximum amount of Rs.4 thousand at a time. Then I asked him how to withdraw Rs 40 thousand at a time he did not reply properly
        I appeal to the concerned to look into the matter seriously and do the needful and ensure that such incidents do not occur in future. Thank u. N.Sekaran, Paramakudi.

          Dear sir,

          I undersigned Rakesh sharma having saving bank account in your bank. I am working with M/s Natural capsules Ltd. Pondicherry. My account no. is [protected].
          My Native place is Mhow Near indore ( M.P.)

          On 10.08.09 My wife tried to get the money from ATM of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK but no amount she could get from atm. Then she tried in IDBI Bank ATM and result was same.

          Next she tried in State Bank of Indore ATM at 8.01 P.M. on 10.08.09 amount 7000 but no amount came and i got massage that amount is deducted from balance.

          ATM ID - S1CC30002304

          So you are requested please credit this amount to my account as early possible because i issued some ceques aganist the balance. Please do the needful and inform me.

          State Bank of India — Amount debited from account without withdrawn

          dear sir,
          I am a consumer of your SBI, India. My account no is [protected] situated in SBI, Evening branch, IRC Village, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I had not withdrawn Rs 1000/- on 27 th of September 2011. But the same amount is debited from my account with subject: ATM withdrawl recovered. When I enquired at my branch the bank customer relation executive told me that you had been used your ATM to withdraw Rs.1000 at GT Branch on date 1.7.[protected] and that time you got the amount Rs. 1000, but that time due to insufficient minimum balance in your account it was not debited. On date 27.09.2011 the same amount was debited from my account.

          So I need your attention.

            Respected Sir/Madam,
            I beg to state that sir on 12 august 2009 at 15:00 i have withdrawal 13500 rupees in two transaction 10, 000&3500 respectively from SBI ATM of Misrod (ATM ID- s1ac[protected], bhopal Madhya Paradesh i got 12 thousand notes, 1 five hundred note &10 hundred notes, out which i got one color splited note of rupess1000 which is note accepted by Co-oprative bank of bhopal branch misrod.Than i went to SBI branch misrod to change that note but they have not change that note and the manager tell me that this note is not withdrawal from our ATM & we kept all correct notes in the ATM.I have both receipt(8593, 8594) with me.

                Sir/ Mam,

                This is to inform you that I haven't received SBI credit card which I had applied over a year ago.
                I received the pin mailed to my address which means that it got approved however I have not received the credit card till date. I immediately called your customer care desk on 22nd May 2008 and informed about the incident but by that time the card was already misused to the amount Rs. 36000/- . The card was immediately blocked.

                As a responsible customer I corrected my phone number and address in your records to help and co-operate in the investigation but instead of that I am being pulled in the matter. The actual contact number in your records was [protected].
                Since then I have been receiving the monthly statements to pay the dues which I have not used. I have been receiving many phone calls from your recovery agents whom I have informed about the situation umpteen number of times but still no action has been taken on the real culprit instead I have been harassed by making phone calls and sending legal notices.
                I even went to your SBI card office which is located on S.B road in Pune and narrated the whole incident to Mr. Rahul Paranjpe and Miss Roshni, they even agreed that it wasn't my sign and name on the delivery receipt. The officials assured me that they would investigate the issue but still no action was taken.

                SBI Card — card wasn't received by me and was misused

                Earlier i have a sbi card, whose expiry date was on dec-07, but i had blocked my card through customer care in aprl-07.Meanwhile I had changed my house as well as my mobile no.But i didn't updated my address and new mobile no. in sbi card record.In dec-07 a courierman somehow reached to my new address and given me a statement of new sbi card which has my old residential address and having a bill of Rs 17185/-.
                then i had called to customer care they told me that new card was issued to me on Nov-07 all the purchases was done by that card. then i told them that i have never received any card nor my family member then how can i made purchases by that card then they advises me to fillup a dispute form and fax it over to us.
                so, i have faxed dispute form to them in Jan-08 after that when ever i called to customer care they tell me that your case is under investigation.
                my sbi card hasnt reached me after a quick time of two months

                Even i have the same issue, I was forecibally issued a policy and i cancelled my card, in 2007, now after 2 years they are saying that there is a amount of 1, 51, 000 pending when i have not used teh card.

                  I got my account opened in the date of 10th april'08, but still my cheque book is not issued.
                  I visited the bank several times initially but i lost the hope as the bank officials said that the cheque book is not available in the bank and they have asked to their hr. authorities for the more no. of books.
                  But now as i go to ask them for the same then they say that my account balance is not maintained above 1000Rs. But i have my account balance of 10000 Rs
                  It was for 3 or 4 days only some times earlier that my balance was below thousands. But they are denying to give me the cheque book as it my balance was low for a single time.
                  Sir please guide me in this regard. I have asked them for a written memo if they cannot give me the cheque book.

                        I have been using my SBI ATM Debit card bearing nineteen digit number[protected] for the past five years. I am holding an SBI Savings Bank Account with my account number being [protected]

                        I have been observing the for the past several months that my ATM debit card is not being accepted by any ATM machines by showing various remarks viz. "THE CARD WAS NOT INSERTED PROPERLY", "THIS IS NOT A VALID CARD" and so on. However, only some machines do respond to my inserting the debit card only after having swiped several times. I guess, there must be some problem with my ATM debit card.

                        May, I therefore, request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and set right my above problem please.

                          i am accountant of Bhartiya Yug Vashisth Sangh. we were deposited 7 cheques into the bank which was received from the place of New Delhi on 2006-07. but till now whether the cheque dishonoured or not credited into above said saving account no. [protected] . i several time contact with the branch manager and accountant of kadma branch, jamshedpur-831005 but not satisfactory information received

                          so i want to know that can i complain to RESERVE BANK OF INDIA for the matters of this leagency of said branch

                            MONEY NOT GOT BY ATM TRANSACTION BUT DEBITTED FROM ACCOUNT
                            Sir,
                            I have an ATM card of State Bank of India.On dated 08/08/2009 at time 19:34 I used the card no.[protected] at Axix Bank ATM having ATM ID S1AN04918 located at Sarita Vihar New Delhi . I put the card in atm made the Transaction for withdrawl of Rs 200/- but I received message of transaction decline-072, unable to processwith record no 2387.
                            Again in second ATM in the same cabin i have tried (ATM ID S1AN04915 On dated 08/08/2009 at time 19:36) Transaction for withdrawl of Rs 200/- but I received message of transaction decline-072, unable to process with record no 897.
                            But from my account Rs. 200/- had been debited.

                            I also had given an application to AXIS bank.
                            But still amount is not credited to my account.

                            So Here I am requesting you to please Reverse this amount as soon as possible.

                            SBI — ATM Transaction Money debited but not received

                            I did the transaction on Axis bank ATM. While doing the transaction, on screen message was “Host server is offline”, and i didn’t get the money. I tried it again with lesser amount (INR 1000/-) it happened again. When i checked the balance through online banking, I found INR 3000/- has been deducted.

                              I am operating Saving Bank A/c No. [protected] with SBI, UIT Branch, Jodhpur. SBI has issued me ATM Card No.[protected]. In the evening of 10.08.2009 I was in urgent need of money due to medical emergency I approached ATMs for withdrawal of money, details of which are as under :

                              1. SBI ATM, Jaljog Circle, Jodhpur
                              2. SBBJ ATM, Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur
                              3. PNB ATM, Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur
                              4. SBI ATM, UIT Circle, Jodhpur and
                              5. Axis Bank ATM, DRM Office, Jodhpur

                              At some ATMs I have tried to know balance enquiry and at some ATMs I have tried to withdraw money, but due to certain problems in the ATMs I could not withdrawn even a single rupee from the above ATMs. Lastly I again went to SBI ATM, UIT Circle, Jodhpur where I tried to know the balance enquiry but I have been surprised to see the balance enquiry that there were two entries of withdrawal or Rs. 15000 each (Total Rs. 30000) from my A/c on 10.08.2009 whereas I have not withdrawn even a single rupee on 10.08.2009 till that time. After that I withdrew Rs. 10000/-.

                              You are requested to please arrange to look into the matter and arrange to deposit back Rs. 30, 000 in my account immediately since I am in urgent need of money due to medical emergency.

                                Respected Sir, I have my savings cum salary Account in State Bank of India at Garden Reach Branch. My savings Account No. is [protected]. My salary is deposited in this Account through ECS every month. I have taken a Personal Loan of Rs.2, 25, 000/= (Rupees Two Lacs Twenty Five Thousand) against my salary on 01/06/2006. My Loan Account No. is[protected]. The EMIs are being deducted from my salary regularily except few incidents which were later adjusted. Respected Sir, my wife is seriously ill and I am very badly in the need of money for her treatment. As I live very far away from Railway Hospital I have to get her treated at private nursing home. When I contacted the SBI Garden Reach Branch for a top up personal loan my request was turned down. They said that I still have Rs.1, 18, 000/= to pay and beside that they said that I was not eligible for the loan. They gave me an statement which may be seen in this mail at attachment. Respected Sir, Rs. 2, 03, 027/= (Rupees two lacs three thousand and twenty seven) has already been deducted from my savings account and been transfered to the loan account by the bank. So, I request your kindlyness to please look into the matter and may please arrange for a top up loan or an additional loan against my salary and my previous personal loan, so that I can get my wife treated.

My father is a ex-govt serviceman (clerk, Bhagirathpur Highschool) and have our own land and building at Bhagirathpur.

                                  In this regard I would like to inform you that respected BM of SBI refused me studyloan, even he did not accept my application form. I have registered for study loan at www.statebankofindia.com/eduloan.jsp and my ticket no is SBI-EL-188930 which was also refused again.The total course fee is Rs 470, 000 out of which I required a study loan Rs 270, 000 which is not currently affordable by my father .It is not possible to continue my course without study loan.

                                  Hence I would be greatly obliged if you could be kind enough and take necessary action so that I can continue my course. I would appreciate your immediate attention regarding to my precarious situation.

                                    Dear Sir/ Ma'm,

                                    My name is Siddharth Verma. I have a Demat Account plus online share trading account with SBI Cap Securities. My Password hs been locked today in the morning at 10.15 AM and since then i'm constantly trying to reach them on their toll free number and customer care numbers given on their website, www.sbicapsec.com, but it didnt respond me. I have continuously tried to contact them till evening 6.30 but they didnt reply. Unlocking password was really important for today because i had to do very important transaction today by selling some shares and to do the profit booking. but due to deactivation of account i was not able to sell my shares and noe they have come down heavily and it mite be possible that tomorrow when share market opens it will go down further.
                                    In one way i have incurred loss due to non-response from SBI Cap Securities.
                                    I even sent cmplaints on their email ids.

                                    I was pursuaded to become member for on line trading with your office at G3, Willingdon estate, No.53, Ethiraj salai, Egmore, Chennai-600008 and obtained my application with HDFC bank cheque for Rs.2499/- on 27/06/2009 but till date no one turned up to demonstrate the on line trading or to enable me installing the kit nor I have received any pass word from your company.

                                    I strongly advice all to stay away from SBI Capital Securities. I hope this message is read by the management at SBI Capital Securities. For the past 2 months I have been struggling to get my Demat account online and active with no response. I am shocked that they donot have a system to take care of customer complaints. The local office at Delhi are pathetic.

                                    I just hope that such companies and irresponsible people have a hard time to survive.

                                    I pity the people who struggle with such organisations day in and day out.

                                    Dear Mr. Vimal,
                                    Yesterday i.e. 30th Oct 2009, I had taken a leave just with a hope that this problem would be rectified thereby incurring a personal loss amounting to one days time and one days salary.
                                    I have not been able to operate this account since January 2009. For this period I am very sure your organisation must have charged service charges from my SBI a/c.
                                    You would agree that its bit too irrational, illogical and grossly unjust that I a carry on incurring losses with the association with SBI cap securities.

                                    My name is Vijay Venugopal and i have a trading account with you. I have to say the services provided by you is least dependable as i couldnt do any trading today as i didnt get any updates in the trading grids. They just remain dead without being updated. Horrible to say the least. Also you people are very fast in claiming and transferring your commission and charges from our account but the converse hasnt been quick by any means. I havent got my profit from the trading i did 3 days before till now. When i have a loss, it is transfeered from my account that day itself. So why is the delay in giving me my profit?Really ridiculous. I feel SBIcapsecurities is providing very poor service to its customers. Please try to take of the problems i mentioned above. Also as the above complaints suggest, you people seem very reluctant in attending the calls of the customers. Really below par service. I hope the service of SBIcapsecurities will become better as soon as possible.

                                    The SBICapSec Trading page is largely down since yesterday(it came up after trading hours).I could not book profits and made losses.Additionally their login complaints phone number was also busy.This morning I thought I will try to make up and yet again the page is down. I managed to get through to the dealing room(not customer care) and this is thei response :

                                    1. It is correct that there are technical issues and it may take about an hour and a half.
                                    2. They can place an order for me but cannot mark a fund lien for me (Obviously I have not marked one).
                                    3. They are not permitted to give me the technical teams contact info - they may call me .
                                    4. They say such tech issues are a rare event - I would ask how come it has repeated on 2 consecutive days ? Trading is one thing you cannot live with this way!

                                    How do I deal with such a group of people? I see compensation and peave of mind!

                                      sir, I Abhishek Tibrewal residing at c/o hardware stores, mahagama, godda, jharkhand-814154, went to sbi atm on 10/8/2009 to withdraw cash and saw two false transactions of rs. 500 and rs.100 on 9/8/2009. i called about this to[protected] and reported the matter but cannot solve the matter yet. my atm card no. is[protected]. please solve the matter. for further information you can call me at [protected] or mail me at abhishek98.[protected]@gmail.com .

                                      This is Omkar Enjem. My SBI acct No: [protected]. I am an account holder in SBI Prakasam High Road Branch, Chittoor. Andhra Pradesh.

                                      I was tried to withdraw Rs. 500/- in ICICI Bank ATM center, Thavarekere extrn, BTM, Banglore.
                                      Transaction id is:ATM WDL
                                      [protected] 1500 S1CW5154

                                      The problem is, without getting money, balance has been deducted. Mean showing 500/- less in my balance. Now a days we are getting these type of problems quite commonly.

                                      Could any one please look into this and helpme out to get this amount back.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Dear Sir, I Anand Kumar Shrivastva, went to sbi atm on 2/1/2010 to withdraw cash and saw One false transactions of Rs.1, 900/- (One Thousand and Nine Hundred only), dated 30th December, 2009 from my SBI A/c No.[protected] of your Saket Branch, which was not done by me. I also talked to the SBI Customer Care No.[protected] and discussed the whole situation with them. They also advised me put a mail in this regards.

                                      As per the Account Statement for the Month of December, 2009, the transaction is shown as a ATM withdrawal. But I am 100% assured that I have not used my ATM card on this date and this Amount. The ATM Card was kept safe all the times with me and no one uses the card except me.

                                      I would like to request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible and take a necessary action. Looking forward for your early and positive response at the earliest.

                                      I am an account holder of SBI bank of Chhaygaon brunch with ATM no[protected] and AC no- [protected]. I went to Greater Noida HDFC- New Holland ATM for cash withdraw on 28 -02-12 at 15:10. When I operated HDFC bank’s ATM to withdraw RS-500(Five hundred only) system processed and displays an error Transaction declined/ transaction error. I have not received cash.

                                      Later, I checked my account Rs- 500 had been debited on 28.02.12 which were not received by me. It was system error. I did not get any transaction slip after this error transaction.

                                      Hereby you are requested that please check record your side & credit Rs- 500/- in favor of my account. I thought this will be rectified automatically but till now this has not been rectified.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I have lost Rs.16000/- as it has got debited from my account after i tried to withdraw the amount (Rs.8000/- twice) on 9th May 2009 in the Corporation Bank ATM using SBI ATM Card. Immediately made complaint and i was told to wait for some time. Waited and followup and again i was tol to wait upto 3 months. Now 3 months are over. No action has been taken. Here is the details.

                                        Branch : SBI Mookandapalli, Hosur (Branch Code 1575).
                                        ATM Tried: Corporation Bank ATM, Attibele, Bangalore-562107.
                                        I have a mini statement which shows only the debit but no credit as of 8th uly 2009.

                                        Till today (12th August 2009) the amount has not yet got credited to my account. If this site is really doing something, please contact me for more authentication and help me to get this money. This amount is equal to ONE FULL MONTH SALARY. Please help. Please help. Please help.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                                        I wish to introduce myself as a srinivasn staying in hosur.Iam a customer of SBI and my Account No is [protected].At last month[July] dated on[protected], I was using SBI ATM card to withdrawn the amount of Rs900/- from mookandapalli ICICI ATM centre.While at the transaction time, there was a network error accursed and i could not get the money for that time.I withdrawn the money Rs900/- in SBI ATM [mookandapalli branch] and unable to get the receipt..And the next i check my balance in SBI ATM, there is an excess of amount Rs900/- is debited from my Account. Please kindly take the necessary steps assoonas possible..
