[Resolved] State Bank of India — SBI CREDIT CARD SETTLEMENT ISSUE | |
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that My SBI Credit Card No. [protected] which is settled and corresponding document is mentioned is attached for your reference, I am getting regular phone calls & threatening calls from Collection Agency Contact No.[protected] for not making the payment, Please let me known where is my money deposited if it has not reached SBI Credit card division after making the full payment as per your schedule. Sir, for your reference I am attaching the copy of receipts, & Tracer Letter for your reference. My CASE ID[protected] Previously, I have already informed to the Regional Office in Gurgaon Ref. Mail on Dated 21.10.2008 & the confirmation of the Payments was been given by your Chennai Office also, that you have made all the payment accordingly to your settlement amount of Rs. 16,000/- only in Two Months. Also to inform you that since last 02 Years I am getting Phone calls, but till date no Statement has been generated on my account & neither been delivered to my residencial address. Details of the Payment Cycle as mentioned below:- Sr.No. Receipt No. Date Book No. Amount Payment Mode. 01. 8021432 31st May 2007 160429 Rs.1700/- Cash. 02. 8478880 27th June 2007 169578 Rs.1000/- Cash. 03. 8478881 28th June 2007 169578 Rs.13, 300/- Cash Note: - Full Payment made as per settlement letter.(Total Rs. 16,000/- only) Can you please explain if a credit card is been settled once, settlement on the same card can be done number of times when the account is been closed after making the full payments & there is no usage on the card since 28.06.2007 ???? Credit Card — Please settlement the payment issue
Hi Sir,This is karunakar,when i was in Noida HSBC agent called me to pay due that time i have no cheque so i said him to send an agent i will pay money but he said in Noida there is no agent i said i will pay after next month but they are deactived with out informing to me . after two years i came to chennai i called so may time in customer care they are asking lot of questions but i did remember the due date and all
So i am requesting to any agent in HSBC please collect of payment and active the card or with clear settleemnt with proper procedure

SBI — Full settlement has been made
Sir,Greetings.
This is to you confirm you that I've settled all the payments due which occured due to the credit card, however I came to know that my name is reflecting in the CIBIL list as I'm unable to get through the loan amount.
Please let me know the procedure in accordance to be cleared off from my account.
