[Resolved] State Bank of India — Fixed deposit - Nomination details | |
Dear GM, SBI, We have two fixed deposit with SBI on account of my father Mr. Prabhakar Vyawahare at SBI Bank, Parbhani, my dad passed away last year. While submitting the app. form for term deposit we did put the my Mother's nomination. Now the SBI bank Parbhani is declining the nomination as they do not have that updated in the system. It could be a mistake thats why we have requested to check the records and the original request for Fixed Deposit. It is been 15 days we put the request for checking the records and the bank is keep saying please come after 2 days. We need a way forward and urgent attention to this. Regards, Vaibhav. SBI — wrong details
dear siri wrote my exam on 13.7.2008. i want my corect detaiuls of my hall ticket because some details are wrongly printed so please me the correct details. my roll no is [protected]
SBI — Unwanted act of SBI Officer
Yesterday, my father went to SBI, Treasury bank, Karad, Dist: Satara (Maharashtra) to withdraw the money from bank. He withdrawn money and as the amount was huge he didn't checked the notes at counter and he went to other place where he want to deposit it. At that time the clerk in that place drawn his attention to one of 500 note which was more soiled. Then he went back to bank to change it but the person at counter refused to change on the ground that it should have been checked before leaving the counter. I totally agree with the person at the counter.My father went to some officer in the bank for help. The officer instead of helping or telling the rules of the bank he just tore the note and said this type of note should not be there in transactions. But he also refused to give Rs. 500. We lost Rs.500 there itself and he is not giving any money to us.
If he would have given it back we might have probably got it changed in RBI or some other place. But his act of tore of note is not acceptable. Rs.500 is a lot for a common person from a village like us which is sufficient for monthly expenses.
Does anything can be done in this regard??

State Bank of India — Term Deposit not started
I have an account with SBI vasant kunj branch. I dont know whether I should give my account information here as it is a public site. Anyways the issue is that I applied for an term deposit through Internet banking of SBI on 5th April but till date I have not received any confirmation of the same that it is started or not. sirI the grandson of late Kashinath chepo gawade,finding a great difficulty in depositing /transferring the amount deposited by late Kashinth Gawade.
This is the case where both the person who has deposited the amount as well as the nominee is no more, in that case the money should have been transfer to wife of late Vidyanand Gawade, where the nominee was Vidyanand Kashinath Gawade.
in this case instead of cooperating the bank workers are regretting us,trying to make fool to the poor widow women.

we are three brothers and we have subbmited the succession certificte besides the death certificate of my father and the released deed in favour of my mother to take the money as we brothers are not there to take the money but this manager at the bank at IGLAS-ALIGARH-UP, is not at all coperating with my mother and keep on misguiding her
I dont know what to do with this guy I think we have to register a case against the bank and the manager.
I think they dont train the manager how to behave with the family of deceased, in the event of death.This is

State Bank of India — FIXED DEPOSIT
On closing a matured FIXED DEPOSIT of Rs32,500 I came to know that instead of getting any interest on it I have lost a portion of my Principal Amount. The SBI BURLA gave me only Rs31,594.I too deposited Form 15G immediately but till now there is no refund!
All should avoid MAKING FIXED DEPOSIT ...!!!
all Indians have to pay tax(TDS) for fixed deposits.
In fact the SB gRoup is not maintaining e- records on the core banking system for old ACs. They are supposed to up date the nominating details on the computer system which they have not done on system for old acs and never do so .

Dear sirI prashant thakare made some mistakes while submitting the online application form.by mistake i gave wrong address and e-mail ID.so due to that yet i could not get my exam hall card and also the day and time of exam.so toknow these things i want to correct my mistakes. my correct address is-prashat vasantrao thakare, at-post-kheerda (bhagai), tq-barshitakali, dist-akola, maharashtra, pin-444007
