SBI — Misbehavior of staff during passbook update
Dear sir,my a/c is with very reknowned reputed sbi bank no.[protected] in sonpur branch 4446. I am very sorry to say that in the above branch nobody cares about customers. I complained many times to the manager but he ignored. But today it crossed all the limit when a staff thrown my passbook when i said him to update the passbook. So i just want to know is their any provision to save the honour of a customer if no i have nothing to say,but if yes then i urge you to do something to save our honour and missbehaviour.

I rate sbi sonpur bihar code 4446 2 upon 10 because the behave of staffs are very poor.Please take some initiative steps if possible.I have complained many times but i got not a single reply.Thanks

i am having a sving account in sbi bazzar branch at tuticorin in last 10 years 1 year back i Ask a mobile activation but he say within two days it will activate so you will give one application. I gave a application to him after one also it is not activating I enquiry bank he say you give one more application I told I gave a application in last month . then also he ask application then I gave one more application then also not activate then I went so many times then only I got activatie mobile sms. Some 5 months back I gave one application that internet banking he say ok it will activate within 2 days then it is activated but only view not a money transfer rights then I ask bank they ask another application.23 augest 2010 I want to transfer money from this account to another branch of sbi I gave filled withdraw slip &pay in slip cashier(counter no-2) told if you have cheque book you can’t do money transfer then I told ok I withdrawn (30, 000)money only cashier gave all 100 rupees note I ask Rs 500 or 1000 notes if you give I can carry easily .cashier told not available, print also you take next counter then I take a print in next counter that counter also having Rs 1000 & 500 notes but I request cashier for exchange RS100 to 1000 or 500 notes but cashier not gave I came very difficuly to carry money by bus. I traveled by bus and deposit by another branch of sbi account. Sbi staffs are not giving guidelines to account holders I am not satify the sbi accont. Same important rules can be displayed in bank then every body can knows I waste my times if bank not having RS1000 or Rs500 where we get. Some other people withdrawn money 1000 rupees notes but I can”t get

SBI Account Holder — Printer not working in SBI bank Branch : UR House
Today morning in the SBI Bank situated in Avibnashi road Branch : UR House, I went for making entry in my SB A/c pass book after a long time of checking with printer they confirmed that the printer is not working. I just want the Printer to be ready. today i went to print my non home branch saving a/c passbook in shahlam darwaja SBI branch(code : 3046), , , , the clerk was refused me to issue the new passbook to carry forward the entries after completion of my original passbook... when i contacted to the branch manager . he also supported to the staff and told me that you are not authorised to issue the new carry forward passbook. from this branch... because this is not your home branch... and so you are not entitled to print the next pages from here and we are also having a shortage of passbook stationary... you have to visit your home branch... finaly i have came back return without full passbook printed...

Sir, My Mother holding 3 accounts in SBI Saving, Pension and RD. as we r shifted from the Home branch to other place after her retirement. I have taken the net banking just to understand the balance if required, which she is not operating. My working place surrounding with all main banks including the SBI, I always use to send my office peon to get pass book print. Today I send him for printing the same as I wanna show all entries to my Mother to understand her about saving/accounts and got surprise that they told him it will be charges rupees 114 / for per pass book print as it is other branch. My peon called me and I shocked what stupid this is why they charging so much, R they seating to help the customers or to make the money from this sources. Whenever we visit the Home branch there also they put the board that mention the Date and timings to get print the Passbook, which is not suitable to us. As SBI is the nationalized bank we put our money with lots of trust. Why they are giving such service to all the customers. As it's government they staff also working as that. Why our PM wanna growth in our country? If this will happens we have to depends on Private banks which are not Indians. Hope this email / complaints will improve the services in SBI.
I am not SBI bank account anymore. I update myself but not barcode passbook so other branch charge many rupees. so i decide not to print passbook but come back. i will go home branch and print so save money. SBI is not good printer. my home branch printer not working. clerk go down and switch off the printer and saying no printer working come next day. also long entries get angry not printing passbook too fast but after very long time.
