[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Double Debit

Sir,
I am having an a/c no. [protected] in your Rajouri Garden, New Delhi branch. On 16th July'08, I tried to made payment of Rs. 4789/- by my ATM cum Debit card no.[protected] to "Hotel Sai Heritage, Ranchi". Due to some error, the Credit/Debit card swap machine responded Transaction Failure and also not issued payment receipt. After few days when I return back to Delhi, I took my mini statement and found that Rs. 4789/- had debited from my a/c. I called up Hotel manager & their Axis Bank Manager (Ranchi) and told them to check their a/c and refund my credited money. Both refused to receive this amount and advised to confirm from my own SBI branch through Charge back dispute. I then requested Mr. Mahinder Singh to take necessary action and submitted him my request letter to him.
Its already two months passed and no action has been taken place. I am in a big loss because I am not earning any interest of it and also i can't use it.
Please take it urgent and help me as soon as possible.

my sbi savinga/c no [protected] is more than 1yr old, i have got the atm-cum-debit card but till now i have not got the pin number.
