[Resolved] State Bank of Indore — wrong debit from account | |
i have a saving account number[protected] in State Bank of indore branch ambah distt- morena madhya pradesh. i applied my SBI ATM card in icici bank atm in aundh, pune on 19th august 2008, about 10:00 in morning. i inserted my ATM card for withdrawal of Rs.3000. i follow all the instruction carefully and successfully. but the atm machine didn't produce any money.i waited for 15 minutes and after that left that atm. but later when i checked my balance the amount 3000 is deducted from my account. i made a call to icici customer care they told me that u better contact to your bank that is state bank of indore.. i gave a application to branch manager where i have my account...but i didn't get my money back not even any response... i wrote a mail to the SBI many times at first they suggested me to contact to the branch where i have my account but, when i told him that i am not getting any proper response from the ambah branch, they didn't reply me.. i am totally fed up with the service of state bank of indore. please take a proper concern over my complain so that i could get my money. i hope you will consider my application and i will get a well result soon. i have submitted all document for education loan to state bank of indore branch
fazalpura vikramadit cloth market UJJAIN..a month has gone but there is no information, why is it delay ? branch manager replay trust me your loan will be sanction soon, but it is not a satisfy answer kindly see my case a soon as possible .

I have also lodged a written complaint to my concerned branch, but i m surprised & astonished that how can they come back to say that the whole peocess will take min 50 days, since they didin't take a sec to deduct the amount from my account, its totally rubbish. but for your reference i m having a corporate account, so our top management is now planning to stop dealling with the SBI now and transfer its all accounts to another bank now. Its really distuerbing for me as it is equivalent to my 2 months salary
The state bank of indore have the worst ever services.
Thus, requesting you to please kindly see in to the matter and resolve it as soon as possible by crediting the amount to my account.
