Sir,
I am an Saving Bank account in SBT Vengara Branch (a/c no:[protected]).I have applied for internet banking facility dated on 13/01/2011. I have got the internet banking kit issued by the bank. I have activated my internet banking account. But the bank manager didn't map SB account with the internet banking account. Many time i had enquired to the bank Manager regarding this. But yet now he didn't take any necessary action to resolve this problem and he unnecessarily delaying the services. Many time he had misbehaved to me. As a costumer I have experienced inconvenience from the bank Manager (SBT Vengara , Branch ) .I humbly request you to take necessary action against the bank manager and take rapid action to solve these problems. Many customers suffering the same problem. Please look forward to this problems and resolve the same as much you can possible.
