Dear Sirs,
We ordered 1,200 books to the company Sterling Publishers and paid all the freight and duties at the invoice.
Now we have to pay once more the Duties in Switzerland because Sterling Publishers sent 1,200 books as samples instead of good Customs' declaration !
Very amazing for a company which is printing for foreign countries.
We have to pay the Duties twice and the first amount 204 USD is just for Sterling Publishers' fun.
Of course, they do not want to refund this amount we paid first and no answer about that new point... what a honnest company !!!!

Sterling Publishers — Duties payment
We alerady paid the Duties' amount to this company which made a bad declaration for Customs : they sent our order with 1,200 books as samples !!!So we had to pay twice the duties and costs for bad declaration !
Now the company is keeping our money and we have to wait since 4 weeks our refund. They agreed only on yesterday to pay us back our Duties' refund with bank costs at our charge, and confirmed that we have to wait one more week for the transfer : what a very honnest company !!
