Fraud of duties

Dear Sirs,
We ordered 1,200 books to the company Sterling Publishers and paid all the freight and duties at the invoice.
Now we have to pay once more the Duties in Switzerland because Sterling Publishers sent 1,200 books as samples instead of good Customs' declaration !
Very amazing for a company which is printing for foreign countries.
We have to pay the Duties twice and the first amount 204 USD is just for...

Dear Sirs,
I ordered from Switzerland at the begining of March 2010 400 book's copies for 3 projetcs (1200 books) at Sterling Publishers for a first delivery time 10 days later as agreed.
At the end of March, no books, 50% payment in advance, I had to ask each day per mail or phone what happened. No answer, always someting's wrong....
An Indian friend helpt me from April because only when he called them, they...
