I HAVE INVESTED AROUND 48000 RS IN 1995. WE NEED TO JOIN TOGETHER TO BE A FORCE AND FIND POSSIBLE WAYS OF GETTING OUR INVESTMENT BACK. DEFINITELY WE CANT AFFORD TO BE CHEATED LIKE THIS.SPOKE TO JOSHI ANOTHER COMPLAINANT.HE TOO ENDORSES THIS VIEW.SOMEBODY NEEDS TO TAKE THE LEAD.

In the beginning of this year I contacted an advocate Mr. Gopal Krishnan @[protected]/[protected] through an investor friend of mine and got my invested money back less his (advocate)fees and charges within a short time. The info I got from my sources is Sterling tree magnum is unlikely to honour its committments to its investors. So I decided that something is better than nothing.

i have purchased teak tree under easy retirment teakquity the no of tree is 2 by name shardendu chaudhary under certificate no d-2757 each tree value is rs 1475/- date of joining 28/11/1994 date of maturity 27/11/2014 application no is g-101186 in this plan v opted intrim returns which is end of 6 years and12 years but unfortunatly v r dnt recive any instalment i m send many complains but their is no action i m approaches the sebi mumbai but answer is zero pl expedite our case i m grtful to u
My husband, Amit Chawla had bought 2 teak trees in 1994. We have also not received any interim returns and now we are unable to locate the company. IT seems the company is a fraud an deven SEBI has issued some notice against it.

I had purchased a teak tree worth rs.1275, on 8.4.1994 and its maturity date is 7.4.2014 with assured mid term payments. However nither has ant mid term payment been made nor has there been any communication from the company.
I expect a note from the company giving details of the current status along with the interim payments promised at the end of the 6th and 12th year.

Sir, I had purchased TWO TEAK TREES on[protected], Application No.161, Certificate No.T.47100@ Rs.975/-. Reg.Letter with A/D sent on 5-12-05 to Sterling Tree Magnum Services, GUNA Buildings Annexe304-305 Anna Salai,Teynampet, Chennai- 600 018, returned as "LEFT".
on 15-5-08 received an unexpected letter fron sterling Tree, I replied as ready to wait till[protected],

First and second interim returns were due on 28/09/2001 and 28/09/2007 respectively, however no such return has ever been received by us.
Kindly have a look into this matter.
