I had invested 5 Trees against Easy Retirement Teakquity (ERT) in Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd., 'Divyaa' No. 8A, Murrays Gate Road, Chennai 600018 on 09 Jan, 1996. Serial # 24603, Executive Agent Code ND/DL/616. Had given cheques total value Rs. 9125/-. I am from a middle class family and it was my hard earned money expecting good returns for my retirement. Inspite of follow ups, no responses and nowhere info of this company. !!!!!!!!Pls help me!!!!!!!!!!. STERLING TREE MAGNUM — Non payment of Returns
I have Investments totaling amount 47,000/-, which my father bought from Sterling Tree Magnum in the year 1994. I have invested in 27 teak trees for RS 1775 EACH in STERLING TREE MAGNUM(INDIA)LTD 15years ago, as dated 30/06/1995...and the maturity was given as 29/06/2015 in the name of my wife and daughter.
it was planted at: THEPPAMPATTI PLANTATION in Andipatti Sub-Registration District, Madurai District...
but i have not received any acknowledgement from the company..i request you to look into this matter and contact us as soon as possible..
