Student — cancel activation of 349tkt plan

Dear sir/madam,
My mobile no. is [protected]. I received a call on 15th may at 3:30pm from airtel, saying there is a 349tkt plan, to activate send an sms to 222, which i did. I received a reply saying ' Your request has been registered. We ll revert back to u on d same via sms'. I have an existing plan of 999, i thought o[censored]sing the 349 plan for d coming month and switch back to my previous 999 plan later( which i was told by your company person, that it can be done by merely sending an sms). But when i talked to to another person on 121 he said we could change the plan back to 999, but i have to pay Rs999 again to get back!!!( even though the plan is valid for 2 years, it gets canceled once i have changed it to 349 plan) This thing was not told to me when the 1st person from airtel spoke to me( If such was the case I would not have sent the activation msg to 222).The first person had continuously made calls to me, asking me to activated this plan immediately, stating it was a good plan!!!, if its a case that the 999 plan wont be valid after activating this, is it not his duty to mention that( because why would any one change a plan, when previous is valid for 2 years, and get it cancelled, this way). I spoke to another customer care executive who told that i would be receiving a confirmation msg again after 24 hrs, in which replying a NO will automatically deactivate the request. I have not received the confirmation msg either!!!. So i was suggested to mail you directly. So since nothing seems to be working in my favor i would suggest u to kindly cancel my request for the 349tkt plan, and let continue with my 999 plan as before.
Please look into to this problem and the cancel activation of 349tkt plan.

I am Lingaraj From Mysore Our Mob-No-[protected] Unfortunatly cricket club activated in our mobile past 3 months but i had complaint to Airtel service centre now cancel u r subsciption they are said, so today by rs.10 deducted our account Please rectify our problem as soon as posible.

I am karthikeyan, from kanchipuram... please provide a proper timing for shivam serial... i have been watching from starting... today(15th april 2014) it is not even telecast mor at 7.50am
