Student — Not opening my account

sir,
Taking your attention towards STATE BANK OF INDIA (RASRA BRANCH) I would like to share my problems with you.I have taken an account opening form from SBI (Rasra branch) on Friday after standing in line about half an hour.Since Friday my account is not opened till now.The account opening officer is often absent from his place.
Sir, it is to inform you that the customers of this bank(Rasra branch) are facing a lot of problems.Please take a action toward this problem.
