Dear Sir,
I am Yashwant kumar bansal student of BE in R.K.D.F school of engineering now i am in 3rd year
my exam form now are submitting but my college noe forwarding my exam form they are forcing me to submit the fees...while i have completed my fees of 3rd year...i have to submit 6th sem exam form last date is 5th may.....college forcing that i have to submit my fees complete 4th year otherwise they will not forward me exam form to university...i have shown the medical of my father and mother opration (major) due to my finacial condition is now very bad...but they are forcing to submit my fees...while i have completed my 6th sem fees...plz sir take action soon..
