I Vikram Singh booked an order of a RayBan sunglasses from www.printbooth.in on 17 March 2012 14:14 and my invoice id is Invoice ID - PB3157. The Sunglass was of 700 INR and I choose to pay cash on delivery so I charged 30 INR extra so the total MRP is 730 INR. On the time of order they told me to deliver it with in 10-15 days, but today when I checked the status of my order then I sea they have canceled my order without informing me for the same.When I contact them and ask for the same then they told that item is out of stock and we can not deliver it to you. Now tell me what is my mistake in this matter.I booked that order with great effort as they are only 40 in stock and there was to rush to book the item as original RayBan is near about 3 to 4000 INR in market which they was giving only in 700 INR. Now I am feeling cheated and kindly help me and do the judgement. I also have all original emails which I got after placing my order and all communications between I and printbooth.in. kindly help me. you were timely informed by customer support team over the phone and reason for cancellation was that we found 1 or 2 pieces defective so i think you would not have liked if you would have got defective pieces and everything was informed to you. You misbehaved with customer support team member and even when we wrote an email, you replied back saying, Please dont send me an email again. We fully agree your concern but we tried our best to find more stock but we were unable to do so. Yours was COD case and please let us know how we have done cheating by not sending you defective piece. We apologize for this and you can come and shop on our website again and hopefully you will not face this issue.
