[Resolved]  Sudheendra Indane Gas Agency — 12 days for delivery of indane gas cylinder

Indane Gas agency - Sudheendra Indane Gas Agency, 2nd Main, 80ft hennur road, HBR Layout, Bangalore. Ph[protected]. Manager's no - [protected].

We booked a cylinder on 18th Oct 2008. The request no. for the same is 9074. We were told that the cylinder will be delivered in 1 week. Till date (30th Oct 2008), the cylinder has not been delivered. Inspite of giving several reminders to the agency, they have not bothered to send the cylinder.
When I spoke to the manager he said that it is problem of short supply from Indane (Indian Oil) and not a problem with the agency.
This agency has always delayed in delivery of gas cylinder. I want to file a complaint against the agency for customer dissatisfaction.
