Sudheendra Indane Gas Agency — not receiving the subsidy

I have taken my lpg connection from sudheendra indane gas ageny, hbr layout. My consumer id is cx8424394. I am not getting my gas subsidy for the past 1 year., which will sum up to rs.2000. My subsidy was credited to one bank account which was closed one year back. Now i have my bank account in state bank of india which was merged from state bank of mysore. When i enquired in the gas agency they told me to link the 18 digit consumer id to my bank account. After linking that also i didn't get my subsidy. When i contacted the gas agency manager he said my aadhar has not been linked by the bank. Again i went and checked in the bank and confirmed that my aadhar has been linked to my account. Then the manager told that my aadhar has to be linked with npci which has to be done by bank. Again i went and talked to the bank people and confirmed that my aadhar has been linked to npci also. The bank people told that the gas agency has to change the ifsc code of the bank. But when i informed this to the gas agency manager he said they don't have the option to enter the ifsc code and told me that i should close that bank account and open a new account. If i open a new account what is the guaranty that the subsidy will be credited in that new aaccount? This is not a solution. I want the subsidy to be credited in the same account. I request you to look in to this and solve my problem at the eariest
