[Resolved]  Sulabh Indane Gas Agency, Phulwari Sharif, Patna, Bihar — harrasment and bad delivery of gas sylender

Customer harassment and delay in gas delivery !
Dear sir
this is NAZIA KHATOON W/O SHAHID RAJA from phulwari sharif ,patna , bihar

I am having a Consumer No. 97686 , with the sulabh indane gas Agency near J&K BANK phulwari sharif patna ,phone no
0612 – 2555839

I booked for Gas cylinder on[protected], order no – 4203 , with an assurance that the cylinder will
be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been
delivered till date.
I have personally seen the delivery boy NAVEEN distributing the same around
the area. My husband SHAHID RAZA is residing abroad ,so I have to do home work my self. I have to buy gas in the market to use as well as I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay.

I have complained more than three times by phone and wrote complain in complain register in the agency office, but no use. They do not respond
positively. I think the people in sulabh gas agency may selling the gas outside ,pls take immediate action.
