i am having a BSNL 3G SIM.. there are as many problems with this BSNL. 1.) worlds worst service provider. (very important to note) 2.) network coverage is . 3.) connecting customer care is really taking time. minimum of 10 mins wait. 4.) plan tarrifs are not flexible. 5.) every time when ever i call to customer care they there is server down and that why service is not active now. like these many more problems are there in this BSNL. anyone can write 1000 pages of book of problems. worst ever service proviuder i hav faced. I have landline and broadband and now I have a reciept booked for charging them for my services
My services to them include calling them every 2 months to remind them that their service dosn't work landline is always crackling and broadband has to be reset on their side...
the best - easy paid person in that office is the engineer... who is sent to check (lift phone make call to base and tell them shout and complain of the service... then we wait 10 mins and all is good for 2 months)
BSNL = Bull Network Line
