i am having a BSNL 3G SIM.. there are as many problems with this BSNL.

1.) worlds worst service provider. (very important to note)
2.) network coverage is .
3.) connecting customer care is really taking time. minimum of 10 mins wait.
4.) plan tarrifs are not flexible.
5.) every time when ever i call to customer care they there is server down and that why service is not active now.
