[Resolved]  Sun Direct — change of pack and not responding

I have taken sun dth connection on 8.2.2011 and i have preferred for hindi pack within the next day i requested the concerned manager to change the pack to telugu as all channels which are useful to us are not coming but till now they have not done anything and daily i am speaking to call centers as well as the concerned no action is taken i request you to do the needful immediately otherwise cancel the same and i vl go for another one. My smart card id number is [protected] and box number is P[protected] taken in the name of Chakrapani Vinuthna. Pl do the needful
