[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Online booked amount Rs 1499 not returned for sun direct dish connection

I had booked new sun direct connection for amount Rs 1499 through online.
Person came from sun direct and checked cable line.. Informed that concealed cable for dish not available. Once installed then inform me for installation. I will cancel the booked connection and come collect the amount by hand for dish connection told by Vadivel [protected].
After installation of dish cable, I called him for dish installation and taken new connection Rs 2299 by payment through hand. He told online booked amount will be returned by team within 7 working days but still not returned.
