[Resolved] Sun Direct — SETTOP BOX and RECEIVER DIRECTION not set since 25 days after complaint. | |||
Hi, It has been 25 days since I have complained SUN DIRECT reg the pathetic channel service. I am able to recieve very few channels ( and just 2 channel that I desire). The company is charging full amount for not providign the service. When complained reg the same they say the technicians shall come and fix the problem, but till date there is not service from their end. I want the SUN Direct to refund my service charges that I am being levied for NOT watching the channels. I hope some action shall be taken such fraudlent service providers, as there are many other people who are sufferign from their pathetic service. Thanks, Shrinivas. Ph: [protected]. This is anju from amberpet .Even Iam facing the same problem with sun direct Iam not getting any of the channels for the last two months.I have registered many complaints by calling 39409595 and 39407575.MY smart card number is[protected]R I request the authorities of Sun Direct to solve my problem as soon as possible! And not to irritate the customers!!
