WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have Sun direct DTH connection, with Smart Card no. ( [protected] ).I have chose Tamil Basic Pack and I also have so many add on packages activated, but we changed the set top box since there was a satellite transfer which forced us to buy a new set top box, but since then, I'm not able to receive any channels. We are not able to see even DD , especially Cricket world cup, Set top box waits for long time, and the channel has shaky images which is intolerable. Also there are errors which it shows like searching for signal and scrambled error. Also the set top box hangs in middle and it reboots. I have discussed this issue in customer care in their forum through emails and also tried to contact through phone but there has been no response.
