[Resolved] Sun Direct — Charging for Set Top Box Problem | |||
I have been using Sun Direct since 2008, It is cheap both cost wise and service wise. We faced issue with the set top box almost first 10-15 days, They tried all possible combination of changing the set top box, cable. Dish etc., finally 5th set top box worked. it worked almost 2 years fine after that slowly it stated giving issues. Like giving lot of noise during start up and then not working for first 15 mins, now it is not working for first 1 hr. I have been giving complaint for last 3-4 months no proper resolution done. now the started telling I have to pay money for the replacement of set top box. most of the time their call center number is down. the nodal officer number itself wrong. On the whole, Sun Direct is good as long as it works, else don't expect any service from them :( Kindly take some action. Was this information helpful? | |||
