[Resolved] Sun Direct — worst technical support | |||
Sun Direct has a worst technical support no body responding properly specially technician are feeling like they are kings and ruling kingdom of entire DTH world if they may not solve the problem still we have to pay Rs.150 - 200 /- they don't provide any bill for the money these are the Technician numbers Sajid [protected] & Sanju [protected] it's a big shame for the company my suggestion is prefer only and only who is providing the best technical support and service N H REDDY +[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Almost we are raising complaints for every week and no one haven't came till now for the free installation due to satellite shift. IF WE REQUEST for new installation they will RUN and come to our home immediately. For the last 3 months in our home we never seen any program and its really too bad. DONT' go to SUNDIRECT even if they are giving free.
