[Resolved] Sun Direct — Poor Support | |
Sun direct Dish TV of Sun Tv network, chennai is in the market with a hype that they provide 75 channels with Rs.75/- per month. But there are no important Sports channels and etc, which even cable operators provide. I have made several requests to their customer care cell for the past 2 months to provide such important international channels. But they are not yet provided. Every time getting a updae from customer care that we are under process for this channels we will update you shortly.(Last two months the same answer without and ETA) Now, I am not able to cancel the connection also, as there is no refund of fees which I paid for Set top box and dish etc So, my sincere request is treat customers as your friend and don't be get cheated. i think ren channel should be provided the customer on paid bases
customer support is very poor. if call 24 hours network busy or toll free no is not activated.

i never seen such a worst customer service like sun direct DTH provided... they have 183 channels but only 6 or 7 channels can be seen able and worthy. so please dont put ur money on it. i[censored] did one day u will feel like me.
