[Resolved] Sun Direct — SunDirect Poor Customer Service

I took Sudirect DTH in Navi Mumbai (Dealer Naik Group), They came to my place installed on 20th Dec and said channels will be activated in 24 hrs.It's been 1 week services are not yet activated, whenever i call them, their number will be either busy or not working, rarely it gets connected then they will say it will be done today . i know they are lying but am helpless. if anyone planning to go for Sundirect, please dont make payment till ur services gets activated. hello for new customer pse do not choose sun direct as ur cable service. this is the worst service ever seen,
their customer care is filled up with bunch of fools .very very worst sevice in India

I am customer to it and instead of repeated complaints there is no response to make my service serviceable

all are a bunch of fools and i do not find any words to describe the service

Dear Mr. Jeevan,

What you said is exactly correct.Very Very poor customer services.The same thing happend in my case.I have given a complaint more than 20 days back regarding disconnected channels.They contacted me through phone two times and no service till now
This is my advise to all people don't go for SUNDIRECT, which is the WORST cable service.
