[Resolved] Sun Direct — Very bad customer service | |
I bought Sun direct DTH dervice connection through PONSUBHA telecom, No.1 Swamy nagar, Urapakkam, west on 20.04.08, the next recharge date is on 21.04.09. On 20.04.09 i recharged for 6 months of Rs.650/- to sun direct dth service. On 21.04.09, i could not get any channels in the TV-set. then i contacted through phone to Radiant associates pvt Ltd. And they told to contact directly to Sun DTH service directly. I called to sun dth through phone, i could not get any response from them, so many times i contacted them on the same day, i could not get any reponse. IS THIS THE WAY THEY BEHAVE WITH THE CUSTOMERS? when i switched on the TV, it shows E-16 service is scrambled. So, i request you to find a solution for this as early as possible. Even after recharging on correct date and time, they haven't given any proper response, and customer are service is very poor and always network is busy or nobody is picking the phone. i want response quickly pls make it fast as soon as possible

We are very sorry to say that your service in vijayawada city is really worst. especially your vijayawada branch people are not at all responding to queries even they are not giving proper reply and some time they are not lifting our calls also. I am really upset with their effort. I gave recharge card on friday but till date they are unable to process it. If we are calling to them they are responding with us rashley. This is not good for your company. If you dont take certain strict action i think your company will not be in the industry for a long time. As a unsatisfied customer i will defnetly terminate from your services shortly.

You may true some extent, I am using SUN DTH ffrom last 2-3 years.
Service overall good. Any issues you need to contact customer care only.Please note once your subscription expired, recharge with proper denomination & contact them immidiately and confirm recharge status & ask them to re-activate your required package. Hope this helps.
