Sun Direct — Poor Reaction and Response | |
Hi, I had bought a Sun DTH recharge coupon on Sat, 2nd May 2009. I called up the given number and they said I would get the requested channel in 5 hours. I called at 4:30pm on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and i still havent had any response from them. They say they are understaffed. For their monthly rentals, if i say I'm underpaid would they accept? When i asked the customer care officer to provide the senior officers no. they are refusing to the same also.
In this connection, i had contacted chennai no. also, but in vain.
Hence all the people who are reading this is requested that before getting the sundirect connection, be prepared for their inhuman approach towards customers.
