[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Getting frequently problems but not recovered

Dear Sir,

Since 10 days we are getting frequent problems in the particular channels of CNBC of Sun Direct DTH and we have already made complaint to customer Care and the complaint no. is [protected] and our Smart Card ID no. is R[protected]. We have made several complaint to the dealer as well as to customer care but I think they are not interested in rectifying the problems. Kindly look in to the matter and get the problem solved as early as possible. Your early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
